Mysterious Noises is unlocked after completing Find the Duck and talking to the Merchant.

For starters, after you obtain this quest, you will not be able to access the area this quest is in until you complete Companion For The Alpaca and unlock the second Alpaca Dream.

Once you are able to fix the Southern Bridge, head to the marker on the map for this quest. Search around the circle until you stumble across an abandoned building at the top of a hill. Inside is a scared Bull. Clear out the boards and rescue the bull, taking him back to the farm to complete the quest.
