Find the Duck is unlocked after completing Bring The Ram To The Farm and completing the Ram's Dream.

Guide

Pretty much what it says on the tin - find the Ducks by exploring the main island. As soon as you find them, this quest will complete and lead to the next.

If you already found the ducks and brought some back to the farm, simply walk close to the pond on the farm and the quest will complete.
