The Storage Chest is a Tool in Everdream Valley.
Effect
The Storage Chest allows the player to store items they do not want to carry around in their player inventory. The Storage is effectively infinite - that is, it will expand the more items are deposited into it. The Storage Chest starts with 100 slots for items and items stacks. Anything can be placed in the Storage Chest, including bugs.
The Storage Chest may be destroyed while holding an Axe.
Obtaining
The first Chest the player may use is placed in the Barn at the start of a new save file.
Additional Storage Chests can be purchased from the merchant after completing the quest Mission: Milk, as well as an Inventory Extension that can be purchased every 3 days.
