Mission - Milk is unlocked after completing Repair Willow's Homestead and talking to your grandma.

Guide

This quest is to teach you how to milk your cows. Equip the Empty Jug (or an empty Bucket or empty Canister) and approach Willow. A prompt should appear to Milk her. This will take you into the mini-game, where the instructions on how to milk a cow should appear. Complete the mini-game to receive the Full Milk Jug (or Bucket or Canister). As of Patch 1.2 for PC, the mini-game will reward 2x Milk Jugs, while auto-completing the mini-game will only reward 1x Milk Jug.
