New Millstone is a Side Quest in Everdream Valley.

New Millstone is unlocked after receiving the Pickaxe from Grandpa.

This quest opens up after getting the Pickaxe from Grandpa during the quest Find The Goat. Go to where the white stones are blocking your way to finishing that quest and start destroying the stones. Once you loot at least 10 stones, you will be able to craft the Millstone at the Crafting Station.
Take the Millstone to the Mill at the top of the hill to the southeast of the farm. Fix the Mill, and now you can craft flour from flour grain! (You can get flour grain from cutting the yellow grass in various places)
One more tip: Once you fix the Mill, interact with it from the front by the stairs with Empty Hands (no tools). For some reason, the Mill has invisible flour already in it and you cannot put new grain inside until you clear this mystery flour.
